On Monday, in Jaipur district of Rajasthan, the police arrested a drug addict when he drove his Mahindra Thar SUV on the railway tracks, just to make a social media reel.
Thar on Railway Tracks: The stunt went wrong when the man tried to move the vehicle off the tracks after seeing the goods train approaching. The vehicle got stuck and the oncoming goods train came very close, which was about to collide with it.
Luckily, due to the quick thinking and timely action of the loco pilot, a major accident was averted. The train stopped just in time and no one was injured in the incident.
The man, who police say was drunk at the time of the incident, was seen in the viral video trying to remove his SUV from the tracks with the help of some witnesses and police officers.
According to reports, the man’s ruthless behavior did not stop here. Authorities say he even hit three people trying to escape.
