Realme has launched its new smartphone Realme 14X 5G in India. It is an affordable 5G phone that comes with decent specifications and targets the general public. This device will run on Android 14 (with Realme UI 5.0 skin). It will support Jio and Airtel’s 5G, which means that in future it will also support BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) and Vodafone Idea (Vi)’s 5G. Realme 14X 5G will be available in two memory configurations – 6GB+128GB for Rs 14,999 and 8GB+128GB for Rs 15,999. This device will be available on Flipkart and Realme.com from 22 December 2024. Its colour options are Golden Glow, Crystal Black, and Jewel Red. You will also get an instant discount of Rs 1000 on bank credit and debit card transactions.
Realme 14X 5G Specifications in India
Realme 14X 5G has a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD display that supports 120Hz refresh rate. It has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which is based on 6nm process, and it comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The device has a 50MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front sensor for selfies.
For security, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor has been given, and this device is dust and water-resistant, which has IP68 and IP69 rating. This phone comes with a large 6000mAh battery which supports 45W fast charging.
As mentioned above, the Realme 14X 5G will run on Android 14 OS out of the box. It will later get the Android 15 update. The Realme 14X 5G will compete against Samsung, POCO and other budget phones.
