Kia Syros : Kia has introduced its new Syros compact SUV, but the price of its model has not been revealed yet. The price announcement will be made in India in early 2025. If you are thinking of buying this SUV, then order books will open from January 3, 2025. After launch, Syros will be offered in 6 variants – HTK, HTK (O), HTK+, HTX, HTX+, and HTX+ (O) – and 8 monotone paint finishes will be available: Pewter Olive, Aurora Black Pearl, Frost Blue, Intense Red, Gravity Grey, Imperial Blue, Sparkling Silver, and Glacier White Pearl.
Kia Syros Powertrain Options: Petrol And Diesel
The Syros is offered with two powertrain options – 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel. The petrol engine produces 118bhp and 172Nm of torque, while the diesel engine produces 116bhp and 250Nm of torque. A six-speed manual gearbox is standard, and a six-speed torque converter automatic and seven-speed DCT are optional.
The 1.0-litre petrol engine is available with 6MT HTK, HTK (O), HTK+, and HTX variants, while the same petrol engine is available with 7DCT HTK+, HTX, HTX+, and HTX+ (O) variants. For diesel engines, 6MT is offered in HTK (O), HTK+, and HTX. The 1.5-litre diesel engine with 6AT will also be available in the HTX+ and HTX+ (O) variants.
