Apart from this, Kanguva has earned ₹10.16 crore without blocked seats, the report said. The movie stars Tamil star Suriya, whose films like Thana Sendha Kottam and Soorarai Pottru have already been remade in Hindi cinema.

Kanguva has earned ₹17.61 crore (with blocked seats) and ₹10.16 crore (without blocked seats) in advance booking for its first day’s shows, according to Sacnilk. The movie has received an amazing response from regions like Andhra Pradesh. Approximately 372,673 seats have been booked for the Tamil version of Kanguva, 20,042 for Hindi and 84,294 seats for Telugu.
