According to the Economic Survey, by December 2024, the number of SIP accounts has crossed 10 crore, which is much higher than the 5.2 crore SIP accounts of FY 2022. The total inflow through SIP has reached ₹ 10.9 lakh crore.

The total valuation of assets managed through SIP has also increased rapidly:

FY 2022: ₹5.8 lakh crore
